Here’s what you will do:

• Ensure user stories are ready for development to start work.
• Ensure each story has the correct acceptance criteria.
• Gather, manage, and priorities the product backlog based on business impact.
• Sprint planning.
• Ensure close collaboration with the development team. Addressing their queries.
• Work closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved.
• Competitive analysis with the team to best focus their efforts.
• Contribute to the work of the Product Manager as they define a product differentiation strategy.
• Track progress towards the release of a product.
• Constant focus on user feedback and actioning insights to drive product improvements.
• Defining success metrics for each release.
• Attending demos and ensuring that the implementation is in-line with the requirements.
• You will own quality, deployment, and operational excellence initiatives.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 1-3 years of product management experience with backend understanding.
• Should be an effective communicator and should be able to talk to various stakeholders.
• Familiarity in agile development framework will be preferable.
• Experience in working for startups or high growth product organizations is preferred.
