Programmatic – Demand Partnerships

Here’s what you will do:

  • Business development: Identifying, evaluating and partnering with new buying platforms (DSPs, ad
    networks, SSPs etc.), and global buyers. The person in this role will be responsible to own the business
    relationship with their book of business.
  • Account Management: for your portfolio of partners, developing the strategy & managing the day-to-day
    relationship to ensure our revenue growth, and monitor performance daily to ensure proper delivery and
    troubleshoot or escalate issues immediately.
  • Monitoring & analyzing your portfolio’s day-to-day activities to identify opportunities / challenges.
  • Understanding partner’s needs, developing custom commercial & technical offers when needed.
  • Developing marketing materials with our marketing team dedicated to our partners.
  • Other strategic partnerships opportunities as they come along and business ownership of those.
  • Responsible for revenue growth of our programmatic revenue.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Responsible for inbound and outbound partnership discussions with brands, agencies, other ad networks,
    DSPs, exchanges, agency trading desks.
  • Initiate discussions with new clients and build a high impact relationship.
  • Ongoing management of existing partnerships and associated partner programs with RTB demand
    platforms and trading desks.
  • Build cross-departmental relationships within the company, including Business Development, Agency
    Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering, Finance, etc.
  • Contribute to overall company strategy, problem-solving, and culture.
  • Attain monthly and quarterly revenue growth goals for programmatic sales.

    • Publisher Pipeline: Manage the Publisher Opportunity Pipeline and update opportunities and
      communications.
    • Publisher Outreach: Client Calls, Emails, and scheduling of meetings.
    • Publisher Pitch/Decks: Build individualized Sales Decks and/or sample site layouts.
    • Marketing Communication: Assist with Publisher Marketing Efforts and Newsletter Content.
    • Lead Generation to build App/website Publishers.
    • Acquisition Research/Analysis: Qualifying leads, and researching site/app traffic, and content types.
    • Acquisition/Marketing Communication Strategy: Assist in creating marketing outreach related to qualified
      leads.
    • Ad Product Expert: Understand and pitch Investing Channel Ad Products for Display, Native, Video, Email,
      Co Reg.
    • Publisher Implementation Process – On/Boarding: Work with team members to ensure proper processes
      and successful publisher onboard of new and existing clients related to new product offerings.

    Here’s what we’re looking for:

    • 2-3yrs. experience related to Online Advertising/Web Analytics in one, or a combination of the following
      job functions: Traffic Analyst, Account Management, Yield Management, Campaign Management,
      Publisher Operations/Development, Ad Operations, Data Analytics.
    • 1-2yrs. experience working in Sales.
    • Experience Managing and Build Client relationships.
    • Experience in customer service/success.
    • Experience with GAM Ad Server.

      • Serve as ad ops lead for internal and client-driven programmatic projects and integrations.
      • Foster and manage relationships with various programmatic stakeholders, including publisher clients,
        demand source contacts, and internal teams.
      • Manage programmatic implementations for a wide variety of clients, which typically involves setting up,
        optimizing and/or consulting on AdX/OB, header bidding, and configuration of various demand sources
        and reporting platforms.
      • Manage and update documentation detailing different aspects of operations, optimizations, and training.
      • Coordinate programmatic tasks performed by various internal and external teams, including
        technical/development integrations and testing.
      • Conduct ongoing reviews of ad servers, demand sources and other technical implementations to ensure
        they are performing optimally.
      • Troubleshoot technical integrations and provide feasible solutions along with instructions to resolve
        issues.

      Here’s what we’re looking for:

      • 3+ years working in online ad operations in a technical and client-facing role.
      • Broad understanding of ad-serving solutions and programmatic technologies across desktop, mobile, and
        video platforms.
      • Experience troubleshooting discrepancies and ad rendering issues and providing creative ways to solve for
        them.
      • Experience working with programmatic demand sources.
      • Experience working with Ad Manager 360, Spring Serve, or other similar platforms.
