Senior Sales Manager

Here’s what you will do:

  • Industry knowledge and proven achievement with a love for learning and doing new things.
  • Min 5 years of experience in prospecting and closing large IO business deals.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — a persistent self-starter, unaffected by rejection, or intimidated
    by the competition.
  • A hunter who can roll-up sleeves and do things as an intern and lead a C-Suite presentation later in the
    same day.
  • Strong relationship with media agencies and In-house media teams in the Indonesia market.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle process and be the point of contact for clients.
  • Comfortable working with Customer Success, Ad Operations, and finance teams to follow through
    a campaign from PO/IO to presenting a Post Campaign Analysis.
  • Ability to win repeat business through exceptional service and customer relationship.
  • Marketer mentality — able to put yourself in the client’s shoes and imagine how effective marketing will
    move clients to take action, everything from sales decks, campaign performance, and relevant creatives
    to campaign performance, data analysis, etc.
  • Lead a proven sales methodology, while keeping a customer-centric approach and long-term partnership
    with the client’s business objectives. Able to listen and probe for product requirements and describe these
    requirements in a language that both engineers and business leads understand.

  • Do forecasting and planning.
  • Have a good understanding of the brand business.
  • Have a Strong passion for sales and winning IOs.
  • Have strong inter & intrapersonal skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office & Salesforce.
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Preferably be able to speak in English & Vietnamese (not mandatory).
